Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Products will be shipped from one or more of our warehouses. Due to the availability of the products, separate shipments may occur occasionally. Except for prearranged methods (such as pick-up) freight and shipping fees (if applicable) will be charged for shipment at the time of payment. Title and risk of loss will be passed to customer upon collection by the courier (Interlink) or delivery to the Royal Mail, which shall constitute the delivery. Recorded delivery will always be used. If any product is damaged in transit, please let us know and then the customer must file a claim with the courier. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as a specific carrier or special handling, must be paid by the customer.

Delivery
It is our intention that all in stock products ordered will be shipped within three to five business days. Often, it is less than this.  For out-of-stock products, we will contact you with the availability. 

Outside the UK
Please email us with your requirement as there may be an additional carriage charge.  The shop will not allow purchases outside the UK.

Taxes
All prices are displayed both gross and nett of VAT. For shipments outside the United Kingdom and within the EU, VAT will be applicable to customers who are not VAT-registered in their own country. If you supply a valid EU VAT number, we will not charge VAT.  To use this facility, please email us instead of ordering via the website.

Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of any shipping and freight fees and VAT. All payments should be made in Pounds Sterling. We accept cash (for collection), major credit card (MasterCard, Visa) and bank transfer/cheque.  If you have established trade credit with us, you may email us with an official purchase order.

Return and Refund

You may return part or all of your purchase within 7 days of shipment for a full refund. Please email us first for a returns number, stating the reason for the return. Any freight or shipping charges or fees shall be pre-paid by you. The full purchase price (less any freight and shipping charges or fees) of the item will be refunded to you if the item 1) is normally stocked and not custom made 2) is unused and in re-sellable condition; 3) and is returned in the original container. Any other return will be subject to a restocking charge at our discretion.

From 7 days to 28 days from shipment:
If you think your product is faulty within 28 days of purchase, please contact us. We can offer you a prompt replacement or repair. We will only replace when the faulty product is in "as new" condition, complete with the original box, packaging, supplied accessories, and a copy of your invoice. In the event that you return goods to us that are not in pristine condition, save for any manufacturing defects that may have caused you to return the goods to us; we will offer you a replacement to the value of the goods.

More than 28 days from shipment:
All products carry a 12 month guarantee. Once your product is more than 28 days old, and it is found faulty, we will repair it free of charge. It may take up to four weeks for repairs to be undertaken, depending on the complexity of the problem and the availability of spares.

In the event of goods being returned to us, the responsibility for payment of delivery, rests with you, the customer. Every care should be taken when selecting goods in terms of compatibility with operating systems. If in doubt please contact us before purchasing.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Cancellation
Any order for normally stocked goods may be cancelled without charge prior to shipping. All cancellation after shipping should be handled as a return.
